Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. To request a return, contact us at mepco979@gmail.com before sending the item. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items should be reported immediately. Some items, including personalized products, perishable goods, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards, are non-returnable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the refund status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days, although your bank may take additional time to process it. For EU orders, customers may cancel or return their order within 14 days as permitted by applicable law. Exchanges can be made by returning the original item and placing a new order.
